Tell the star who the video is for, the occasion, and one or two details only that person would know. 250 characters is plenty for most Kumirs — extra character packs exist if you need more.
You can hide the video from the public storefront, gift it, schedule the reveal, or attach a short request clip so talent hears the vibe.
