What should I write in a request?

Name, occasion, and a couple of inside jokes. 250 characters is usually enough.

Share anywhere with the Kumir watermark. HD without watermark is a paid add-on.

Track an order

Signed-in Orders shows status, SLA, and the delivered video.

Kumir Direct messages

Paid DMs are non-refundable after payment unless there is fraud or an AUP violation.

Remakes after a low review

A 1–3★ review can request one free remake. The original video stays yours.

Refunds when a request is not fulfilled

Decline, expire, or Kumir cancel returns your money. Delivered videos are not returnable.

Why iOS refunds are Kumir credit

App Store billing usually cannot refund the original card. Kumir issues wallet credit instead.

Gift cards and wallet credit

USD gift cards and credits are non-refundable after redeem and non-transferable.

Apply as talent

Enroll with categories, pricing, and an intro. Admin reviews before you go live.

Kumir Kids

Family-friendly characters and creators. Talent under 13 needs a guardian.

Kumir for Business

Licensed business videos with FTC acknowledgements — not TV, CTV, or OOH by default.
