Native uses the same following feed APIs

iOS FollowingFeedView and Android FollowingFeedScreen call GET /api/v1/feed?q=. Like and reply stay on /api/v1/feed/:id.

GET /api/v1/feed/topics?q= lists these topics in-app. Impersonation stays web-only.
