Talent can get a fan_followed alert

A new follow can create an in-app fan_followed notification when notifyAudience is on.

Talent can get a fan_followed alert. shouldCreateNotification honors notifyAudience. Search stars you follow does not send that alert.

Missing APNs/FCM still logs only. Prefs live on /notifications and /studio/notifications.
