Native uses the same following APIs

iOS FollowingListView and Android FollowingRosterBlock call GET /api/v1/following?q=. They do not mint a Follow row without bearer auth.

GET /api/v1/following/topics?q= lists these topics in-app. Impersonation stays web-only.
