Non-refundable after payment

Paid gift cards and wallet top-ups are non-refundable. Failed tenders never add credit.

Once a gift card or wallet top-up payment succeeds, the credit is non-refundable. Change of mind is not a refund reason.

Unfulfilled Kumir video orders still refund or credit by channel (iOS credit vs web/Android card). That is an order SLA, not a gift-card return.
