Decline, expire, or Kumir cancel returns your money. Delivered videos are not returnable.
Personalized videos are custom work. A delivered video is not returnable or refundable. You do get your money back if talent declines, the SLA expires, or Kumir cancels before fulfillment.
Web and Android refund the original payment method. iOS issues Kumir credit because App Store rules often block card refunds.
