Payments, refunds, and merch
Escrow until fulfillment. iOS credit vs card. Merch is print-on-demand, not 70/30.
Payments are held until fulfillment or automatic settlement. Unfulfilled web/Android orders refund to the original method. Unfulfilled iOS orders become Kumir credit. Delivered work is not refundable. Direct messages are non-refundable after payment except for fraud or Acceptable Use violations.
Kumir gift cards and wallet credit are USD, non-refundable, and non-transferable after redeem. Talent merch is print-on-demand: you pay retail + shipping, Kumir remits print cost to the printer, keeps 15% of the remaining margin, and unlocks talent payout 30 days after the sale. CS may refund merch to the original payment method or Kumir credit before talent payout. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.
