Marketplace roles
Kumir is a marketplace: fans request personalized content; talent decides whether to accept.
Age and prohibited content
You must be at least 13. Illegal, exploitative, or deceptive content is banned.
Licenses and SAG-AFTRA
Personal license to watch and share. Business videos exclude TV/CTV/OOH unless extended in writing.
Payments, refunds, and merch
Escrow until fulfillment. iOS credit vs card. Merch is print-on-demand, not 70/30.
Accounts and security
Verify email before booking. Kumir never invents a successful social login.

Independent contractors and splits
You set prices. Kumir takes 30% of web video fees, 25% of Directs/VIP after store fees, 0% of tips.
Recording, watermark, and minors
Intro review required. Watermark stays. Talent under 13 needs a guardian confirmation.
SAG-AFTRA C4B and P&H
Business buyers pay 6.15% P&H on SAG sessions. It is not part of your 70%.
