The Kumir Android app targets Android 8 (API 26+). Bottom navigation, TalkBack labels, and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE offline banners follow Android patterns — not a scaled-down website.

Web and Android refunds go back to the original payment method. Play billing still uses the sandbox/Stripe abstraction until a real Play key is on the host.
