Kumir offline banners share one product copy
Web, iOS, and Android tell fans they are offline the same way.
Checkout, studio, and Directs now share FameoNetwork.OFFLINE copy. Web uses navigator.onLine plus offlineGuard. Native apps watch NWPathMonitor and ConnectivityManager so Instant “you’re offline for Instant” is never treated as airplane mode.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE stays on Android. Instant capacity is still a studio toggle, not a network outage.
