The /match quiz ranks approved talent with spec §11.3 signals: price band, category, occasion keywords, rating confidence, on-time fulfillment, Featured and Hot, 24h or Instant, recency, follows, past occasion, language, and Kids. OpenAI rerank is optional only when OPENAI_API_KEY is set.
