Unsubscribe removes NewsletterSignup. Privacy Choices does not stop marketing email by itself.

/unsubscribe deletes the mailing-list row and always returns { ok: true }. This page does not touch NewsletterSignup.

You can opt out of sale/share and still get the newsletter, or the reverse. Use both pages when you mean both.
