Complimentary delivery after expire
Support may expire, refund, or credit. Complimentary delivery has no payout.
Kumir support may expire an open request, refund the original method, or issue Kumir credit when a ticket requires it. After complimentary delivery the fan can still watch — talent is not paid.
Complimentary is not a fake fulfill. The order state is explicit on web and native.
