A personalized video is custom work. Once it is delivered, it is not returnable or refundable.
Personalized videos are recorded to a script you wrote. A delivered Kumir is not returnable or refundable, even if you change your mind about the occasion.
You still get your money back if talent declines, the SLA expires, or Kumir cancels before fulfillment. That is an unfulfilled request, not a return.
