24-hour and Instant rush windows
A missed rush window refunds the extra fee or the whole order.
24-hour and Instant are paid surcharges on top of the booking fee. A missed rush window refunds that extra fee. The rush surcharge converts to standard 7-day delivery unless talent still cannot fulfill, in which case the whole order refunds.
Instant only applies while the star is online. Going offline is not a network error — it is availability.
