Gift credit is a different wallet

USD gift cards are prepaid credit. Rewards are loyalty points. They never convert into each other.

Gift cards and wallet credit are USD, non-refundable after redeem. Rewards are points (100 = $1) earned on eligible bookings.

You cannot convert points into a FAMEO-XXXX-XXXX code or convert a gift card into points.
