Print-on-demand merch and gift-card purchases cannot use rewards points.
Talent merch (tee, hoodie, poster, sticker) and Kumir gift cards cannot be paid with points. Digital/physical cards after checkout also cannot use points.
Gift credit and rewards can both sit on an account. They itemize separately at checkout.
