Native uses the same Rewind APIs

iOS RewindListView and Android RewindListScreen call GET /api/v1/rewind?q=. Detail stays on /api/v1/rewind/:publicId.

GET /api/v1/rewind/topics?q= lists these topics in-app. Impersonation stays web-only.
