Native uses the same register API

iOS OnboardBirthdayStep and Android splash Get started call POST /api/v1/auth/register with the same 13+ birthday. They do not mint a Keychain or EncryptedPrefs session without a 200.

GET /api/v1/signup?q= lists these topics in-app. Impersonation stays web-only.
