Personal license to watch and share. Business videos exclude TV/CTV/OOH unless extended in writing.
Talent keeps the copyright in their performance. Fans and named recipients receive a personal, non-commercial license to watch and share the video, including via Messages, WhatsApp, and similar apps. Business videos receive a separate time-limited commercial license that excludes TV, CTV, and out-of-home unless extended in writing via /business/license. Submitting an extension request does not charge a card.
SAG-AFTRA talent collect Pension & Health on business sessions (6.15% of the booking fee, remitted by Kumir). Personal videos are not covered. Profiles opened from Kumir for Business or a link-in-bio put the matching call-to-action first; they do not change the license itself. LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED.
