iOS credit versus card refunds

Refund channel follows where you paid. Web and Android: refund to the original payment method. iOS: Kumir credit, because App Store billing usually cannot send the money back to the card.

Credit sits on the same wallet as gift cards and can book another Kumir. It is not a fake success — the Payment row is refunded or credited in the ledger.
