If talent declines or the 7-day window expires, the order refunds automatically.

Most Kumirs arrive within 7 days. If talent declines or the standard SLA expires with no delivery, Kumir refunds the order automatically.

Expired personal videos can stay in studio as Complimentary for 30 days with no payout. The fan already has their money back.
